We want you to be fully satisfied with your Lyle & Scott purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. If you are not completely happy with your order, follow our simple process to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the front of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
